28 October 2024Delivery person was amazing. Recipient not at home and the delivery person was very good about not leaving without someone home at my request. The plant was beautiful, but the flowers placed within the plant was not acceptable. Should have been small bunch placed at the bottom of the plant, not large stems of flowers as high as the plant. Look a little odd. I had to mention the flowers several times as the first photo I received did now show any flowers. I selected premium which included flowers when purchasing. Seem to be some confusion about that between myself and the florist.
